Anne Gattiker (S'94–M'97–SM'10) received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, USA, where she was a National Science Foundation Fellow. She is a researcher at IBM's Austin Research Lab focusing on statistical modeling and data analysis. She has authored over 50 papers, holds 10 U.S. patents and is on the editorial boards of IEEE Design and Test and IEEE Transactions on CAD.
