Chun-Feng Wu received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Taiwan University (NTU), Taiwan, in 2021. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Computer Science, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), Hsinchu, Taiwan. Before joining NYCU, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Harvard University from 2021 to 2022. His research interests include hardware/software co-design, memory and storage systems, operating systems, processing-in-memory, and accelerator design for AI/ML systems. Dr. Wu has published more than 50 papers, in venues such as TC, TCAD, DAC, ICCAD, OSDI, SOSP, EMSOFT, CODES, and NeurIPS. He has received Best Paper Award at ACM/IEEE CODE+ISSS 2022 and IEEE NVMSA 2019. He has served as Track Chair for ICCD, and as the technical program committees for DAC, NeurIPS, EMSOFT, CODES, ASP-DAC, SAC, and served as Registration Co-Chair for ESWEEK. He received the Outstanding TPC Members at DAC 2024.
