Fabrizio Bonani (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Laurea (cum laude) and Ph.D. degrees in electronics engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, Turin, Italy, in 1992 and 1996, respectively. He is currently a Full Professor of Electronics with the Politecnico di Torino. His current research interests include modeling and design of semiconductor devices, stability and noise analysis of nonlinear circuits, and the development of innovative devices for unconventional computation.
