Biography

Haralampos-G. Stratigopoulos (S’02–M’07) received the Diploma degree in electrical and computer engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Athens, Greece, in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Yale University, New Haven, CT, USA, in 2006.,From 2007 to 2015, he was a Researcher with the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) at TIMA Laboratory, Grenoble, France. From 2015, he is a Researcher with the CNRS at LIP6 Laboratory, Paris, France. His current research interests include design-for-test and built-in test for analog, mixed-signal, RF circuits and systems, computer-aided design, machine learning, and hardware security.

Dr. Stratigopoulos was a recipient of the Best Paper Award in 2009, 2012, and 2015 IEEE European Test Symposium (ETS). He was the General Chair of the 2015 IEEE International Mixed-Signal Testing Workshop and the Program Chair of the 2017 IEEE ETS. He has served on the Technical Program Committees of the Design, Automation, and Test in Europe Conference, the IEEE International Conference on Computer-Aided Design, the IEEE VLSI Test Symposium, the IEEE ETS, the IEEE International Test Conference, and several others international conferences. He is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Electronic Testing: Theory and Applications (Springer), the IEEE Design and Test Magazine, and the IEEE Transactions on Computer-Aided Design of Integrated Circuits and Systems.
