Korkut Kaan Tokgoz received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2009 and 2012, respectively, and the M.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in Physical Electronics from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 2014 and 2018, respectively. He is currently a faculty member with the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Sabanci University, Istanbul, Turkey. Previously, he was with NEC Central Research Laboratories, Japan, and the Nano Sensing Research Unit, Tokyo Institute of Technology. His research interests include RF, millimeter-wave, and sub-terahertz CMOS integrated circuits; ultra-high-data-rate wireless systems; device characterization and modeling; RF/mixed-signal circuit design; machine-learning-assisted semiconductor device modeling; sensors; edge-AI; and IoT hardware. He is a Member of IEEE and has received several recognitions, including the IEEE SSCS Pre-Doctoral Achievement Award, IEEE MTT-S Graduate Student Fellowship.
