Kyungwook Chang received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2007 and 2010, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, in 2019. He joined the College of Information and Communication Engineering, Sungkyunkwan University, Suwon, South Korea, in 2021, where he serves as an assistant professor. His current research interests include computer-aided design solutions for 3-D ICs, design-technology co-optimization, physical/logic design, and analysis, power delivery network, and parallel computing/memory architecture.
