Weichen Liu obtained his Ph.D. at HKUST in 2011 and is currently a Nanyang Assistant Professor in NTU Singapore. He has a lot of interactions and services in CEDA-related events. He has served as a Subject Area Editor for JSA since 2018 and a guest editor for a few special issues of different journals and has rich experience in handling research submissions in related areas. He served as a general chair of ISORC 2020 and ASP-DAC SRF 2019-2021, a program chair of ISORC 2019, a workshop chair co-located with ESWEEK 2019-2022, and a track chair of ISLPED 2021-2022. He has served as a publication chair, publicity chair, and session chair of many closely related conferences. He has served in the TPC of DAC, ICCAD, RTSS, RTAS, ASP-DAC, ISLPED,  GLSVLSI, RTCSA, SAC, and many other conferences.
