IEEE Council on Electronic Design Automation Chapter of the Year Award

Instructions

This application should be completed by a Chapter Officer. The chapter activities (meetings and events) noted within this application should also be reported officially in IEEE vTools. Completing the application requires:

• A listing with a description of the Chapter’s activities for the year (please prepare a pdf). Additional documentation of how the performance was particularly noteworthy in terms of events, engagement in CEDA initiatives, publicity, membership, and or governance is welcome.
• Two letters of recommendation from CEDA participants. These letters are typically expected to be from Chapter volunteers but may be from any other CEDA participants who wish to express their knowledge and support of the Chapter.  

PLEASE NOTE: Award recipients may be announced on the IEEE Council on Electronic Design Automation website, newsletter, and relevant social media sites.
