Sofiane Chetoui received his State Engineering Degree in Electronics from Ecole Nationale Polytechnique, Algeria, in 2017. He obtained his M.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Brown University in 2020 while pursuing his Ph.D. His research focuses on enhancing the thermal behavior, energy efficiency, and performance of mobile SoCs through the application of control theory and machine learning. In 2022, he successfully defended his thesis titled "Thermal and Power Sensing and Management for Mobile System-On-a-Chip" and earned his Ph.D. from Brown University. Subsequently, he joined Nvidia as a Senior ASIC Engineer, where he specializes in architecture energy modeling and power optimization for Nvidia's AI datacenter and graphics chips.
