Bon Woong Ku received B.S. degree from Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea in 2014, and M.S./Ph.D. degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, and joined Synopsys in 2019. His thesis topic was physical design solutions for 3D ICs and their neuromorphic applications. In Synopsys, his R&D areas include timing-aware physical ECO algorithms and AI-ML based design analysis.
